Since we couldn’t find a good example on the web we have drafted a template for a flat-sharing contract you can adapt to your needs. Note that this contract assumes that the owner lives in the property, wich makes the whole thing legal.
It’s quite a strict contract that protects both the landlord and the tenant when renting out room in shared flats in Barcelona. While we’re not lawyers, this template should cover any of the laws we were able to find. It’s meant to cover short to medium term tenancies. You can always renew the contract every few months if needed.
Some clauses, like the right for the tenant to get their empadronmiento are optional and should be changeable without any consequences.
